El Pleno del CNE aprob\u00f3 una reforma en la que se indica que las mujeres podr\u00e1n presentar un justificativo para quedar exentas de multas por:<br><strong>1.<\/strong> No sufragar<br><strong>2.<\/strong> No integrar una Junta Receptora del Voto<br><strong>3.<\/strong> No asistir a las capacitaciones electorales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requisitos para justificar la no asistencia por embarazo o lactancia:<\/strong><br>La justificaci\u00f3n se har\u00e1 presentando un certificado m\u00e9dico emitido por personal del Sistema Nacional de Salud, en el caso e embarazo, o el certificado de nacimiento para el periodo de lactancia.
