Ismael Villegas, presidente de Topos Adrenalina de M\u00e9xico Villegas volvi\u00f3 a los sitios donde su experticia en b\u00fasqueda y rescate de v\u00edctimas fue clave. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"832\" height=\"468\" src=\"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-279.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-64535\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-279.png 832w, https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-279-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-279-768x432.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 832px) 100vw, 832px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Jhon Vera, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Comerciantes de Tarqui, lo recibi\u00f3 y le agradeci\u00f3 por su labor altruista. Adem\u00e1s, les obsequi\u00f3 una camiseta. Tambi\u00e9n visit\u00f3 a los voluntarios del Cuerpo de Bomberos de Manta. En su regreso, la Alcald\u00eda local le otorg\u00f3 un reconocimiento por su labor en 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ROL DE LOS TOPOS EN EL TERREMOTO<\/strong><br>Los Topos de M\u00e9xico fueron fundamentales en las labores de b\u00fasqueda y rescate tras el terremoto de magnitud 7.8 que sacudi\u00f3 y devast\u00f3 principalmente a Manab\u00ed y Esmeraldas. Ismael y un grupo de compa\u00f1eros llegaron al pa\u00eds para localizar sobrevivientes entre los escombros y brindaron capacitaciones sobre manejo de crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el apoyo de canes entrenados en t\u00e9cnicas especializadas para buscar \u00abtri\u00e1ngulos de vida\u00bb, trabajaron en las zonas m\u00e1s afectadas como Pedernales y Manta.
