El asamble\u00edsta Alejandro Vanegas se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la ley da respuesta t\u00e9cnica y humana ante la urgencia por crecientes casos de depresi\u00f3n, ansiedad, violencia y abandono escolar. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, la propuesta fortalece la corresponsabilidad entre sistema educativo, salud y gobiernos locales de manera articulada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reforma el C\u00f3digo de la Ni\u00f1ez, Ley de Salud Mental, Ley de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural y Cootad con el objetivo de coordinar acciones entre distintas instituciones del Estado.
