La decisi\u00f3n se adopt\u00f3 en una audiencia de extradici\u00f3n pasiva de una hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8216;Topo&#8217; fue capturado por la Polic\u00eda ecuatoriana el 13 de septiembre de 2025 cerca de Limonchocha, en Tena (Napo). El ministro del Interior, John Reimberg, asegur\u00f3 que tiene \u00abestrechos v\u00ednculos\u00bb con el grupo disidente de las FARC &#8216;Frente Carolina Ram\u00edrez&#8217; y que es cabecilla de los &#8216;Choneros-Fatales&#8217;.
