Los detenidos estar\u00edan relacionados con el expendio de drogas y robos en el sector. Se decomisaron sustancias sujetas a fiscalizaci\u00f3n y dinero en efectivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El caso es inusual: un exmiembro de las FARC fue detenido en Tungurahua, provincia de Sierra central, fuera de las zonas fronterizas donde hist\u00f3ricamente se ha reportado presencia de ese grupo o sus disidencias. Harold M. M., colombiano de 42 a\u00f1os, tiene antecedentes por incumplimiento de decisiones de autoridad competente. C\u00e9sar Javier P. E., ecuatoriano de 29 a\u00f1os, no presenta antecedentes.
