Cristina J\u00e1come (RC) advirti\u00f3 que sin acceso efectivo a la salud, la eutanasia podr\u00eda ser salida a la negligencia estatal, no una decisi\u00f3n libre. Riesgo de ley sin aplicaci\u00f3n real, como ocurre con la Ley del C\u00e1ncer.
