Durante la condena, qued\u00f3 inhabilitado profesionalmente. En marzo de 2024, la menor fue intervenida para corregir una escoliosis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Tras la operaci\u00f3n, present\u00f3 graves complicaciones que afectaron su movilidad, lo que oblig\u00f3 a una segunda cirug\u00eda. Su estado se agrav\u00f3 y fue trasladada a otro centro de salud. Seg\u00fan pericias m\u00e9dicas, la primera intervenci\u00f3n provoc\u00f3 una lesi\u00f3n en la m\u00e9dula espinal y la dej\u00f3 sin capacidad de mover extremidades. La Fiscal\u00eda sustent\u00f3 la acusaci\u00f3n con informes y testimonios que se\u00f1alaron fallas, como la colocaci\u00f3n incorrecta de tornillos en la columna.
