Cuenta con cinco m\u00f3dulos, 40 celdas cada uno, una inversi\u00f3n superior a USD 62 millones, y servicios como tres consultorios, farmacia, radiolog\u00eda, odontolog\u00eda y 60 locutorios. La muerte de Charles Gonzalo Su\u00e1rez es la primera de un interno en esta prisi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El SNAI asegura que ten\u00eda problemas hep\u00e1ticos preexistentes, fue atendido y se siguieron los protocolos. Sin embargo, para el experto en seguridad Renato Rivera, esto evidencia fallas en las pol\u00edticas de rehabilitaci\u00f3n: \u00abLa infraestructura no resuelve la falta de pol\u00edticas\u00bb, se\u00f1ala, recordando las reglas m\u00ednimas para reclusos. Ambos critican la escasa informaci\u00f3n oficial y la falta de transparencia del SNAI.
