La ministra Elma Saiz inform\u00f3 que el proceso comenzar\u00e1 el 16 de abril (online) y el 20 de abril (presencial, con cita desde el d\u00eda 16). Saiz calific\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n como \u201cun acto de coherencia \u00e9tica y de justicia social\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requisitos clave: estar en situaci\u00f3n irregular, residir en Espa\u00f1a antes del 1 de enero de 2026 y acreditar al menos cinco meses de continuidad en el pa\u00eds. El decreto ha generado rechazo del PP y Vox, que lo tildaron de \u201csinsentido\u201d y \u201cbarbaridad\u201d.
