A\u00fan no tiene rival definido: Rafael L\u00f3pez Aliaga (Renovaci\u00f3n Popular, 12,9%) y Jorge Nieto (Partido del Buen Gobierno, 11,9%) se disputan la segunda plaza separados por solo 120.000 votos, en medio de una abstenci\u00f3n del 45%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Irregularidades en la jornada (con voto excepcional el lunes por falta de material) han levantado sospechas de fraude y motivado denuncias del Jurado Nacional de Elecciones contra altos funcionarios de la ONPE.
