Mostr\u00f3 una sorprendente fortaleza f\u00edsica. Desgran\u00f3 su defensa se\u00f1alando a antiguos colaboradores, como Claude Gu\u00e9ant (81 a\u00f1os, dispensado). Regresar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo martes 14 de abril de 2026 al vetusto Palacio de Justicia. La sentencia judicial est\u00e1 prevista en noviembre. Pas\u00f3 tres semanas entre rejas, experiencia in\u00e9dita para un expresidente franc\u00e9s (ninguno de sus antecesores la vivi\u00f3), y podr\u00eda ser su tercera condena, tras las dictadas por tr\u00e1fico de influencias y por financiaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita de 2012, ambas con penas m\u00e1s bajas. Sarkozy promete luchar &#8216;hasta su \u00faltimo aliento&#8217;. Los jueces consideran probado un &#8216;pacto de corrupci\u00f3n&#8217; muy contundente con Gadafi.
