Durante la operaci\u00f3n, una delegaci\u00f3n ecuatoriana visit\u00f3 el portaaviones para conocer de cerca su funcionamiento. En el recorrido, observaron c\u00f3mo despegan y aterrizan los aviones en su cubierta, adem\u00e1s de intercambiar experiencias con la tripulaci\u00f3n. Los ejercicios de la Operaci\u00f3n Southern Seas 2026 tambi\u00e9n incluyeron la participaci\u00f3n de buques ecuatorianos, como las corbetas BAE Loja y BAE Manab\u00ed, que realizaron maniobras junto a las unidade estadounidenses. Este tipo de actividades permite mejorar la coordinaci\u00f3n entre ambas fuerzas y fortalecer la capacidad de respuesta ante situaciones en el mar.
