Los hallazgos se har\u00e1n p\u00fablicos tras el debido proceso, inform\u00f3 la entidad el 8 de abril. De detectar irregularidades, pueden derivarse tres tipos de responsabilidades: Administrativa: por incumplimiento de funciones. Sanci\u00f3n: multa o destituci\u00f3n. Civil: por da\u00f1o econ\u00f3mico. Orden de reintegro. Penal: por delitos como peculado o cohecho. La Contralor\u00eda remite a Fiscal\u00eda; se arriesga prisi\u00f3n eindemnizaci\u00f3n. Los plazos para presentar descargos var\u00edan: 30 d\u00edas (administrativa), 60 (civil) y 90 (reintegro). Luego, los auditores determinan responsabilidades.
