Las zonas afectadas ser\u00e1n en la Costa y Sierra ecuatoriana. El Inamhi advirti\u00f3 que en zonas de Santa Elena, Guayas, El Oro, Loja y Esmeraldas podr\u00edan registrarse incendios. Seg\u00fan el pron\u00f3stico del clima, la regi\u00f3n Litoral podr\u00eda alcanzar temperaturas de hasta 35\u00b0C. Mientras que en la Sierra podr\u00edan subir hasta 26\u00b0C. SE PREV\u00c9N ALTAS TEMPERATURAS EN: Guayas El Oro Los R\u00edos Santa Elena Esmeraldas Imbabura Pichincha Cotopaxi Chimborazo Tungurahua Loja RECOMENDACIONES Ante estos niveles de radiaci\u00f3n, es importante tomar medidas para evitar da\u00f1os en la piel y los ojos: Usar protector solar con factor SPF 30 o m\u00e1s. Utilizar gorras o sombreros de ala ancha. Usar gafas con protecci\u00f3n UV. Evitar actividades al aire libre en las horas de mayor radiaci\u00f3n. Usar ropa de manga larga si se permanece mucho tiempo bajo el sol. Mantenerse hidratado bebiendo suficiente agua.
