Se\u00f1alado por la Polic\u00eda como miembro de Los Lobos, fue detenido el 27 de marzo de 2026 en Posorja (Guayaquil) durante el toque de queda focalizado en cuatro provincias. Se le atribuyen asesinato y extorsi\u00f3n; al momento de su captura portaba municiones y drogas. No es su primera detenci\u00f3n: en julio de 2024 fue capturado en la misma parroquia por extorsionar a varios barrios para apropiarse del territorio y continuar actividades il\u00edcitas.
