El juez Ra\u00fal Ojeda acogi\u00f3 una cautelar de la CGT por \u00abindicios de regresividad\u00bb y riesgo de da\u00f1os irreparables. La medida afecta art\u00edculos que limitan la huelga, la negociaci\u00f3n colectiva, los per\u00edodos de prueba y las indemnizaciones. Tambi\u00e9n deja sin efecto cambios en teletrabajo, tercerizaci\u00f3n y plataformas digitales. El gobierno apelar\u00e1 y acus\u00f3 a la CGT de priorizar \u00abintereses corporativos\u00bb.
