No obstante, advirti\u00f3 que el anexo normativo debe ajustarse. Para ello, orden\u00f3 incorporar una referencia expresa al art\u00edculo 207 de la Constituci\u00f3n en el texto que suprime la facultad del CPCCS para designar autoridades. LA PREGUNTA IMPULSADA POR EL EJECUTIVO ES: \u201c\u00bfEst\u00e1 usted de acuerdo con eliminar la facultad de designar autoridades que tiene el CPCCS e implementar procesos p\u00fablicos que garanticen la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, meritocracia y escrutinio p\u00fablico, de modo que sea la Asamblea Nacional la que designe a trav\u00e9s de estos procesos a las autoridades que actualmente elige el CPCCS enmendando la Constituci\u00f3n de acuerdo con el anexo de la pregunta?\u201d.
