Recorrido: La caminata inicia en el Santuario Cristo del Consuelo (calle Lizardo Garc\u00eda, suroeste de Guayaquil), contin\u00faa por la calle A, cruza el puente P\u00edo L\u00f3pez Lara, sigue por las calles Balsas y Buena Fe, y finaliza en el Complejo Cisne II, frente al Monumento a la Fe. Origen: La devoci\u00f3n a esta imagen cobr\u00f3 fuerza en los a\u00f1os 60 en los barrios del suroeste. Con el tiempo, la procesi\u00f3n dej\u00f3 de ser un acto local para convertirse en una de las mayores expresiones de fe popular de Am\u00e9rica Latina durante el Viernes Santo.
