La medida regir\u00e1 desde el viernes 3 hasta el domingo 5 de abril. El anuncio se realiz\u00f3 la ma\u00f1ana de este martes 31 de marzo, mediante decreto presidencial. En el documento, el mandatario estableci\u00f3 que la reducci\u00f3n del impuesto aplicar\u00e1 a todos los servicios definidos como actividades tur\u00edsticas, de conformidad con el art\u00edculo 5 de la Ley de Turismo. Adem\u00e1s, el decreto dispone al Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI) adoptar las medidas necesarias para viabilizar la aplicaci\u00f3n de esta decisi\u00f3n. Los establecimientos que presten servicios tur\u00edsticos deber\u00e1n emitir los comprobantes de venta con la tarifa reducida del 8 % de IVA durante los tres d\u00edas de asueto nacional. ACTIVIDADES INCLUIDAS EN LA MEDIDA La normativa contempla como actividades tur\u00edsticas los servicios de alojamiento, alimentos y bebidas, agenciamiento, transporte tur\u00edstico, organizaci\u00f3n de eventos, guianza, centros comunitarios, parques tem\u00e1ticos y balnearios.
