En la diligencia participar\u00e1 la Unidad Popular. \u201cEst\u00e1n advertidos los nueve jueces de la Corte Constitucional\u201d, sigui\u00f3 Torres y record\u00f3 que los magistrados ya ratificaron que el presupuesto para educaci\u00f3n debe ser progresivo e irreductible.
