Admiti\u00f3 que el sistema, aunque habilitado, presenta deficiencias: \u201cEn ciertas horas debemos cerrar la base de datos para que no haya manipulaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n\u201d. Como soluci\u00f3n, anunci\u00f3 un nuevo software para la ANT, previsto para el segundo semestre de 2026. Entre las novedades, detall\u00f3 la implementaci\u00f3n obligatoria de la \u201ctercera placa\u201d, un tag vehicular con informaci\u00f3n del propietario, que operar\u00e1 mediante p\u00f3rticos para control de seguridad, velocidad y vigilancia. Sobre la matriculaci\u00f3n, indic\u00f3 que se eval\u00faa retirar esa competencia a municipios con mal desempe\u00f1o.
