Los otros cinco quedaron en libertad condicional con grillete electr\u00f3nico y prohibici\u00f3n de salir del pa\u00eds. El Ej\u00e9rcito admiti\u00f3 que la intervenci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 \u00abfuera de su jurisdicci\u00f3n\u00bb. El caso se suma a denuncias de organizaciones de derechos humanos por unas treinta desapariciones forzadas en el marco del \u00abconflicto armado interno\u00bb declarado por el presidente Daniel Noboa.
