La preocupaci\u00f3n creci\u00f3 luego de que la agencia rusa Rosatom denunciara un ataque cerca de la planta nuclear de Bushehr, en el sur de Ir\u00e1n. El impacto ocurri\u00f3 en un \u00e1rea adyacente a instalaciones de servicio, aunque hasta ahora los niveles de radiaci\u00f3n son normales y no hay heridos. La guerra ya afecta al sistema sanitario iran\u00ed. La OMS inform\u00f3 que al menos seis hospitales han sido evacuados desde el inicio del conflicto, y ha verificado 18 ataques contra instalaciones de salud, con ocho trabajadores fallecidos. Aunque el sistema a\u00fan opera, la OMS mantiene suministros listos ante un posible deterioro.
