Actualmente es Superintendente Mar\u00edtimo en Metropolitan Touring, liderando operaciones en un entorno hist\u00f3ricamente dominado por hombres. Seg\u00fan la Organizaci\u00f3n Mar\u00edtima Internacional (OMI), las mujeres representan apenas el 1% de la fuerza laboral embarcada a nivel global, lo que evidencia las barreras de acceso en este campo. Aymar inici\u00f3 su carrera en 2012 motivada por entender el funcionamiento t\u00e9cnico de los barcos. Se form\u00f3 como Oficial de M\u00e1quinas de la Marina Mercante e Ingeniera en Administraci\u00f3n en Transporte Mar\u00edtimo y Puertos, combinando conocimiento t\u00e9cnico con gesti\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica. Como Superintendente Mar\u00edtimo, lidera la supervisi\u00f3n operativa y t\u00e9cnica de las embarcaciones.
