Los pr\u00e9stamos quirografarios lideraron con USD 759,2 millones (460.783 cr\u00e9ditos), creciendo un 12% frente al a\u00f1o anterior. En hipotecarios se desembolsaron USD 72,9 millones en 1.165 operaciones. Destaca el Plan Credicasa, con tasa del 2,99%, que en mes y medio ya registra m\u00e1s de 500 solicitudes, duplicando las operaciones de Vivienda Premier en todo 2025. Los cr\u00e9ditos prendarios sumaron USD 25,2 millones en 23.259 operaciones, con un alza del 16% interanual.
