La Ley Reformatoria a la Ley de R\u00e9gimen Tributario Interno, enviado este 9 de marzo, es calificado como urgente en materia econ\u00f3mica, ya que trata de reducir el d\u00e9ficit habitacional. La intenci\u00f3n del proyecto es crear un beneficio legal para quienes donen casas de inter\u00e9s social al Ministerio de Infraestructura y Transporte. De esta manera se trata de fomentar la participaci\u00f3n del sector privado en la generaci\u00f3n de soluciones habitacionales. El beneficio planteado en la rebaja de impuesto a la renta es del 100 % del valor donado.
