El escrito, firmado por el director general Ott\u00f3n Jos\u00e9 Rivadeneira Gonz\u00e1lez, detalla que el ciudadano registraba inicialmente su fecha de nacimiento el 12 de abril de 1985, pero en noviembre de 2017 habr\u00eda solicitado una rectificaci\u00f3n para cambiar el a\u00f1o a 1984. Para ello adjunt\u00f3 una supuesta sentencia judicial, que tras verificaciones con el Consejo de la Judicatura no aparece en el sistema SATJE. Adem\u00e1s, el juez que presuntamente suscribe el documento no habr\u00eda estado en funciones en esa fecha.
