El cambio se aplicar\u00e1 en las pantallas del hemiciclo y permitir\u00e1 observar qui\u00e9n vota a favor, en contra, abstenci\u00f3n o nulo, adem\u00e1s de registrar a los asamble\u00edstas ausentes al momento de la votaci\u00f3n. El objetivo, seg\u00fan Olsen, es transparentar en tiempo real la postura individual de cada parlamentario y facilitar el seguimiento ciudadano de las decisiones legislativas.
