La iniciativa integra deporte, turismo, activaci\u00f3n comunitaria y protecci\u00f3n ambiental en un solo desaf\u00edo de alcance nacional, se prev\u00e9 que arranque el segundo semestre del 2026. Con este proyecto se busca reconectar a las comunidades con sus r\u00edos, lagos y mares, adem\u00e1s mostrar la riqueza h\u00eddrica nacional y promover el uso responsable de estos ecosistemas. Cada etapa generar\u00e1 narrativas locales que visibilizar\u00e1n el valor cultural, natural y tur\u00edstico de cada provincia. El Lago Titicaca se ubica en el Altiplano andino, en los Andes Centrales, a una altitud de 3,812 msnm. Est\u00e1 compartido por dos pa\u00edses: el lado oeste pertenece a Per\u00fa (departamento de Puno) y el lado este a Bolivia (departamento de La Paz).
