Seg\u00fan el mandatario, el idioma conecta oportunidades laborales y acad\u00e9micas en un mercado global competitivo. \u00ab150.000 becas son 150.000 cambios de vida\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 Noboa, quien destac\u00f3 que m\u00e1s de 600.000 personas han accedido a incentivos educativos durante su gesti\u00f3n, un hito sin precedentes en el pa\u00eds. El 68 % de las becas han beneficiado a mujeres, reflejando un enfoque en equidad de g\u00e9nero. El Ejecutivo prioriza a grupos vulnerables en la asignaci\u00f3n de estos incentivos. La inversi\u00f3n para esta fase es de USD 3 millones.
