En la misma sesi\u00f3n, el CAL sancion\u00f3 con 31 d\u00edas sin sueldo al asamble\u00edsta Ronal Gonz\u00e1lez por una falta muy grave reincidente (art\u00edculo 171), tras una queja del legislador Jorge\u00a0Chal\u00e1, al considerar que afect\u00f3 el normal desarrollo de las actividades legislativas.\u00a0\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>Adem\u00e1s, se archiv\u00f3 la queja contra Andr\u00e9s Castillo, presentada por Liliana Dur\u00e1n, por falta de pruebas que sustenten la\u00a0infracci\u00f3n.El\u00a0presidente de la Asamblea, Niels Olsen, reaccion\u00f3 en redes: \u00abHoy la Asamblea aplic\u00f3 la sanci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima que permite la ley al asamble\u00edsta Roberto Cuero y fij\u00f3 un precedente claro: ser asamble\u00edsta implica responsabilidad dentro y fuera de la instituci\u00f3n.
