La sesi\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 de manera virtual y tuvo una duraci\u00f3n de 51 minutos. Durante la reuni\u00f3n, la presidenta de la comisi\u00f3n, Valentina Centeno, no dio paso al pedido de comparecencia de la prefecta de Pichincha, Paola Pab\u00f3n, y se limit\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n a los nueve asamble\u00edstas integrantes de la mesa. La moci\u00f3n para aprobar el informe fue presentada por el asamble\u00edsta de ADN, Alex Mor\u00e1n, respecto al proyecto calificado como urgente en materia econ\u00f3mica. As\u00ed votaron los legisladores: A favor: Valentina Centeno, Evelyn Pico, Alejandro Lara, Wilson Lozano, Alex Mor\u00e1n, Sergio Pe\u00f1a En contra: Diego Salas, Mabel M\u00e9ndez Abstenci\u00f3n: David Arias Ausente: Steven Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez Con esta aprobaci\u00f3n, el proyecto pasar\u00e1 a segundo debate en el Pleno de la Asamblea Nacional, conformado por 151 legisladores. \u00bfQU\u00c9 PROPONE LA REFORMA? La iniciativa, enviada por el presidente Daniel Noboa con car\u00e1cter econ\u00f3mico urgente, establece que los Gobiernos Aut\u00f3nomos Descentralizados deber\u00e1n destinar al menos el 70 % de su presupuesto a inversi\u00f3n, mantenimiento y reposici\u00f3n de infraestructura y servicios p\u00fablicos.
