DICHAS CIUDADES SON: Riobamba Ambato Cuenca Loja En Quito y Guayaquil, el servicio se habilit\u00f3 desde el 9 de febrero. La ANT habilita tr\u00e1mites vehiculares de manera paulatina luego de que la instituci\u00f3n cerrara a escala nacional el 30 de enero de 2026 por un esc\u00e1ndalo de corrupci\u00f3n. En esa fecha, Fiscal\u00eda y Polic\u00eda Nacional hicieron allanamientos para desmantelar una supuesta estructura delincuencial. Seg\u00fan la teor\u00eda del Ministerio P\u00fablico, funcionarios ped\u00edan dinero para agilizar tr\u00e1mites vehiculares como la obtenci\u00f3n de licencias de conducir.
