La sustanciaci\u00f3n debe concluir el 15 de febrero, plazo para presentar el informe motivado que recomiende al Pleno el enjuiciamiento o el archivo. Este plazo podr\u00eda ampliarse cinco d\u00edas m\u00e1s si la Comisi\u00f3n lo solicita. Desde el martes 3 de febrero, los legisladores actuar\u00e1n las pruebas documentales y audiovisuales, que suman 23 elementos, m\u00e1s 10 solicitudes de certificaciones. A partir del mi\u00e9rcoles 4, se receptar\u00e1n las pruebas testimoniales de las 19 personas citadas, entre jueces, abogados, acad\u00e9micos y periodistas.
