Mediante una orden ejecutiva, deleg\u00f3 al secretario de Salud, V\u00edctor M. Ramos, la coordinaci\u00f3n de la estrategia gubernamental, lo que permitir\u00e1 movilizar recursos inmediatos y activar mecanismos excepcionales de coordinaci\u00f3n entre agencias y municipios.<br><br>La declaraci\u00f3n se produjo tras seis semanas con registros por encima del umbral epidemiol\u00f3gico. En ese periodo hubo 3.001 hospitalizaciones y 128 muertes asociadas a la influenza, m\u00e1s del 96% en personas no vacunadas. Hasta mediados de enero de 2026, se reportaron m\u00e1s de 42.000 casos, con mayor incidencia en la poblaci\u00f3n pedi\u00e1trica.<br><br>La respuesta se centrar\u00e1 en vigilancia epidemiol\u00f3gica, vacunaci\u00f3n, tratamiento oportuno y educaci\u00f3n comunitaria.
