Aclar\u00f3 que no es una \u00abflexibilizaci\u00f3n\u00bb que modifique contratos, sino una redistribuci\u00f3n de las 40 horas semanales dentro del marco legal.<br><br>La jornada diaria de 8 horas podr\u00e1 distribuirse entre las 06:00 y 18:00 por acuerdo entre empleador y trabajador, requiriendo solo un registro, no aprobaci\u00f3n ministerial. La propuesta permitir\u00eda cumplir la semana laboral en 4, 5 o 6 d\u00edas.
