Henry Santiago Delgado Salvador (Jefe de Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas), John Eduardo Mi\u00f1o Razo (Comandante General de la Fuerza Terrestre), Ricardo Manuel Unda Serrano (Comandante General de la Armada del Ecuador); Mauricio Xavier Salazar Machuca (Comandante General de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea). En el texto, aclar\u00f3 que \u00ablas autoridades militares han demostrado contar con la formaci\u00f3n, el compromiso y la trayectoria necesaria para liderar a las Fuerzas Armadas en garantizar la seguridad nacional\u00bb.
