Humire, funcionario estadounidense del \u00e1rea de defensa y seguridad hemisf\u00e9rica, junto a los ministros del Interior y Defensa, y el jefe del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas. Los acercamientos buscan orientar esfuerzos contra el narcotr\u00e1fico, mejorar la seguridad en la frontera norte y precisar rutas del tr\u00e1fico de drogas en el Pac\u00edfico, adem\u00e1s de enfrentar otras econom\u00edas il\u00edcitas.<br><br>El ministro de Defensa destac\u00f3 que el crimen transnacional \u00abno conoce fronteras\u00bb y que, por ello, \u00ablo l\u00f3gico es que los pa\u00edses se unan\u00bb, resaltando a Estados Unidos como un socio clave.
