Quedan exentas las donaciones, efectos personales, ayudas t\u00e9cnicas, venta de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y log\u00edstica de hidrocarburos. La medida ser\u00e1 aplicada por el Servicio Nacional de Aduana del Ecuador (Senae). Por otro lado, Bruce Mac Master, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia (ANDI), pidi\u00f3 reconsiderar la tasa, argumentando que genera \u00abinmensa incertidumbre\u00bb. Solicit\u00f3 di\u00e1logo bilateral para resolver diferencias. Noboa justific\u00f3 el arancel por \u00abla falta de reciprocidad y acciones firmes\u00bb de Colombia contra el narcotr\u00e1fico, a pesar de los esfuerzos de cooperaci\u00f3n de Ecuador y su d\u00e9ficit comercial anual de m\u00e1s de $1.000 millones con dicho pa\u00eds.
