El debate: La sesi\u00f3n tuvo cruces entre bancadas. Su presidente, Ferdinan \u00c1lvarez, pidi\u00f3 que el tr\u00e1mite se condujera sin \u00abshow\u00bb, mientras se rechazaban pedidos de recusaci\u00f3n contra dos integrantes de la mesa.<br><br>La acusaci\u00f3n: El juicio fue impulsado por Revoluci\u00f3n Ciudadana.
