El Gobierno trabajar\u00e1 para viabilizar los proyectos en tr\u00e1mite, bajo los criterios de la Corte. La prioridad es garantizar el servicio el\u00e9ctrico y sumar energ\u00eda firme y renovable. El Ministerio ratific\u00f3 su compromiso con la seguridad energ\u00e9tica y un entorno de inversi\u00f3n \u201ctransparente, estable y competitiva\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aclar\u00f3 que la sentencia no impide el desarrollo de proyectos y que sus efectos son hacia el futuro, sin afectar delegaciones previas. Los contratos vigentes mantienen su validez. Como medidas inmediatas, se impulsar\u00e1 una reforma legal para definir con claridad las condiciones de una delegaci\u00f3n excepcional, dando certeza jur\u00eddica a futuros proyectos. En paralelo, se reformar\u00e1 estructuralmente el marco normativo del sector para mejorar la planificaci\u00f3n, transparencia y transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica.
