Lula destac\u00f3 la \u00abfirmeza\u00bb de las instituciones y afirm\u00f3 que los acusados tuvieron \u00abun juicio justo\u00bb. La ceremonia no cont\u00f3 con la presencia de los l\u00edderes del Congreso ni de magistrados del Supremo.<br><br>El proyecto vetado beneficiaba directamente a la c\u00fapula golpista: imped\u00eda acumular penas por delitos similares (reduciendo condenas) y reduc\u00eda penas hasta en dos tercios si los cr\u00edmenes se comet\u00edan en \u00abmultitud\u00bb. Tambi\u00e9n permit\u00eda una progresi\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida al r\u00e9gimen semiabierto.<br><br>Bajo estos criterios, Bolsonaro, militares y exministros podr\u00edan salir del r\u00e9gimen cerrado en poco m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os.
