Seg\u00fan el mencionado medio, el secretario provincial de la Fiscal\u00eda del Guayas certific\u00f3 la ausencia. La formulaci\u00f3n de cargos se realiz\u00f3 el 19 de diciembre de 2025 en la Corte de Pichincha.<br><br>Ah\u00ed se determin\u00f3 la legalidad de las detenciones ejecutadas en Quito y Manta de Varela, Jos\u00e9 Luis Erazo, teniente coronel, y Rodney Rangel, excapit\u00e1n de Polic\u00eda. En la audiencia, la fiscal provincial Mayra Soria solicit\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva para los implicados por un \u201calto riesgo\u201d de fuga.<br><br>Sin embargo, no se tomaron en cuenta esos criterios y se dict\u00f3 la prohibici\u00f3n de salida del pa\u00eds y presentaciones peri\u00f3dicas.
