Godoy rechaz\u00f3 las acusaciones, calific\u00f3 varias de ellas como \u201cfalacias\u201d y defendi\u00f3 la actuaci\u00f3n institucional del CJ. \u201cLA JUDICATURA NO DICTA SENTENCIAS\u201d, INSISTE GODOY Antes de iniciar su intervenci\u00f3n formal, Godoy se refiri\u00f3 a una fotograf\u00eda difundida en redes sociales, la cual calific\u00f3 como falsa. Luego precis\u00f3 las competencias del CJ: se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la instituci\u00f3n no dicta ni modifica sentencias, no investiga delitos, no imputa responsabilidades penales y no administra directamente la seguridad policial de jueces, funci\u00f3n que corresponde al Ministerio del Interior y a la Polic\u00eda Nacional.
