La resoluci\u00f3n se conoci\u00f3 tras la reinstalaci\u00f3n de la audiencia a las 16:00 de este 28 de diciembre, diligencia que se hab\u00eda iniciado el viernes 26 y en la que, en esta \u00faltima jornada, se esperaba \u00fanicamente el pronunciamiento final del juez sobre el recurso presentado.<br><br>Durante el proceso, la defensa expuso un informe m\u00e9dico privado que se\u00f1alaba que Glas padece m\u00faltiples afecciones y requer\u00eda atenci\u00f3n fuera del centro penitenciario.
