La denuncia contra Vera fue presentada en 2023 y un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s, deriv\u00f3 en su destituci\u00f3n como presidente del Cpccs.<br><br>En ese proceso, fue sancionado por haber recibido presuntamente patrocinio de una organizaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica para acceder a un cargo p\u00fablico, lo cual contraviene la normativa electoral vigente.
