Hay tres pa\u00edses que encabezan esa expansi\u00f3n: Brasil, cuya producci\u00f3n ha crecido un 60 % en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, extrae cuatro millones de barriles diarios y las previsiones apuntan a que en el 2030 superar\u00e1 los cinco millones. Petrobras, la estatal petrolera de ese pa\u00eds, tiene un plan de inversiones que suma USD 77 mil millones, se ejecutara durante los pr\u00f3ximos cuatro a\u00f1os. Argentina pas\u00f3 de producir 480 mil barriles de petr\u00f3leo diarios en 2020 a 860 000 barriles a octubre de este a\u00f1o, el \u00faltimo m\u00e1ximo hist\u00f3rico fue en 1998, cuando se lleg\u00f3 a una producci\u00f3n de 847 000 barriles diarios.
