La convocatoria circula a trav\u00e9s de una invitaci\u00f3n digital en la que se lee: \u201cTe invitamos a vivir esta serenata inolvidable\u201d.<br><br>La ministra de Gobierno, Nataly Morillo, confirm\u00f3 a diario La Hora que el acto s\u00ed se llevar\u00e1 a cabo y precis\u00f3 que se trata de una iniciativa \u201cde la militancia quite\u00f1a\u201d, no de una dependencia estatal.
