Seg\u00fan informaci\u00f3n preliminar, esta ser\u00eda una de las rutas m\u00e1s usadas para el tr\u00e1fico ilegal de armas, municiones y explosivos no autorizados. \u201cLas cargas ser\u00edan empleadas por grupos armados irregulares en la ejecuci\u00f3n de actos terroristas\u201d, asegur\u00f3 el ministro.<br><br>El material incautado es conocido como emulsi\u00f3n encartuchada, un tipo de explosivo inestable y de alta peligrosidad. La carga estaba oculta en un tipo de doble pared dentro del cami\u00f3n.
