El comunicado se difundi\u00f3 luego de que, seg\u00fan la entidad, circularan en sitios no autorizados listados falsos que aseguraban que 69 pa\u00edses no exig\u00edan visa, lo que habr\u00eda ocasionado compras indebidas y reservas anticipadas de vuelos por parte de la ciudadan\u00eda. En ese contexto, la Canciller\u00eda aclar\u00f3 que los 43 pa\u00edses se dividen en tres rangos.
